Special loading arm

1. Loading arm with heating system:

This type loading arm is adopted when the liquid such as asphalt is with poor mobility when the temperature is low.

The heating system could be hot oil or steam.

The pipe is double row. The outer pipe is for steam or hot oil.

Usually, there is glass fiber outside of the pipe to keep heat.

It can also adopt electricity to keep heat.

2. Loading arm for oil drum

This loading arm is designed especially for oil drum. The size is available in DN40 and DN50.

3. Loading arms with liquid and gas delivery

This type loading arm is used for some toxic gas.

It divides to liquid delivery part and gas delivery part.

Gas delivery pipe is connected with rubber hose at the swivel.

It adopts conical sealing cap and outer arm lock to avoid outer arm move.

It can be installed a small drum at the end of drop tube.

4. Loading arm with flexible drop pipe

The depth of tank is different.

In order to make the drop tube near the bottom of tank and avoid liquid spill, we have designed this loading arm with flexible drop tube. After finishing loading, the drop tube will shrink automatically. It is safe and convenient to operate.

5 Pneumatic Operation Style loading arm

This type loading arm is for petroleum products or other liquid without causticity. It’s not affected by temperature and air pressure. It can solve the problem of resistance to flow and cavitation phenomena when it is positioned in high temperature and low air pressure air.

Air source is asked for and the air source pressure is 0.4-0.6Mpa

6 loading arm with submersible pump

This loading arm is with High Efficiency.

It is necessary for electricity power for this loading arm.

The hydraulic pressure station can be installed in the platform, it is also can be installed under the platform.

Head delivery of pump: 6m and 40m

7, LPG loading arm

This loading arm is special for LPG loading and unloading.

It adopts double piping structure. There is threaded ends ball valve at the drop tube.

The connection with tank truck is brass or stainless steel quick coupling

It is also used widely in load/unload liquid ammonia.

8 Frame Form automatic loading arm

This loading arm can be used with auto quantify device. It can load/unload automatically.

10 Loading arm for Hydrochloride

This loading arm is for hydrochloride and other strong causticity liquid.

The characteristic of this loading arm is that there is PTFE or PVC liner which is anticorrosion in the piping and swivel joint.

11 Aluminium loading arm

The material of any part of this loading arm is aluminum.

It is light and flexible.

This loading arm is widely used in nitric acid and other liquid with strong causticity.
